The vision is to create a soulful place for the local community to enjoy. Taste for Life Community Interest Company will be providing and faciliating many socially focused activities taking place for the benefit and enjoyment of our community. Gio Ranallo, of Gio`s Italian Walsall, is the driving force behind this exciting project.
The focal point will be a wellness cafe, a pleasent and safe space offering freshly made meals, ethnic and cultural themed events and a series of cooking programmes, wellbeing activities and respite solutions.
There will be a focus on a training programme to support people into work, volunteering and education opportunities, as well as opportunities for people to come together to socialise and gain skills in preparing and delivering freshly prepared cakes, snacks and meals which will be offered to the public via the wellness cafe.
In order to make this the success Willenhall deserves the project needs support from local businesses and the community. A beutiful conservatory is planned to be added to the existing building to create a wonderful friendly environment for people to come to relax and socialise. The kitchen needs to be fitted out, crockery obtained and this is a shout out to local businesses to come on boardand support the project. The project has a great team of volunteers signed up to make this a success.
