No one wants to sit and dwell on the subject of death.
However if you have not prepared a Last Will and Testament the rules of Intestacy apply.
Too young to worry about it you say.
Not really, a classic example.
A client (landscape gardener) was working on site. He suddenly died and was aged 33. He left no will but a young wife and two children.
Another example, motor cycle proprietor, aged 37.
Killed in road trial of bike. Again no will, but a young family!
The rules of Intestacy are due to change soon.
Don't be one of the 40% of population with no will.
