We are now proud to unveil our latest project. An existing Micro Market client wanted to deliver an overhaul to meet the latest requirements outlined by their staff. This new market forms part of a wider breakout area that you need to see to believe, and really demonstrates what today’s workplace can be.
Our brief for this project was of course, the Micro Market itself. Together with our trusted suppliers, we helped bring our clients’ vision to life.
We were asked to deliver a design that exuded a retro diner feel, in line with the wider breakout area. The traditional beauty of our Micro Market solution is that it is built from the ground up, so one never looks the same as another out in the field.
Just like all the others we were tasked with, this Micro Market stands alone with its custom design. Brushed steel and neon lighting entice employees into a grand refreshment solution with everything from fresh bean coffee to healthier snacks.
We even customised our bespoke payment terminal to match the overall fit and finish.
The end result is a Micro Market that is totally unique to the customer. Slotting seamlessly into the wider breakout area, their employees now have a tailored space that is purely designed for rest, relaxation, and collaboration.
A STUNNING BREAKOUT AREA.
We have nine years’ experience in Micro Market solutions in and around the West Midlands. We have heard of and indeed helped design a lot of requests, but even we were thoroughly impressed by this clients’ stunning plans.
The vision was to deliver a literal games room for their employees to unwind away from their desks. A dart board, table football and even a gaming station has been implemented into the available space, which reimagines what today’s workplace can offer.
Today, 40% of staff are reported to suffer burnout in the office. These types of environments are more than places of work and staff expect to feel happy, content, and most importantly have their wellbeing needs met.
If you’re going to encourage periods of rest to help recharge their batteries and encourage productivity for the rest of the day, why not consider a better breakout area where staff are encouraged to do just that?
