Would your child love a letter from Santa?
The Royal Mail is once again running ‘Letters to Santa’ where your child can receive a letter back from Santa.
All letters need to reach the North Pole by 30th November. Santa will start writing back from 20th November..
Here is what your little one needs to do…
Step 1: Writing Your Letter Start by telling Santa a little bit about yourself - how you've been this year and the good things you've done.
Then, list down your Christmas wishes. Remember, Santa loves polite children, so be sure to say please and thank you! Make sure you include your full name and address in the letter so Santa knows where to reply.
Step 2: Santa’s Address Once your letter is ready, it's time to address the envelope. Write the following address neatly:
Santa/Father Christmas
Santa's Grotto
Reindeerland
XM4 5HQ
Step 3: Stamping the Magic Next, place a stamp on the top right corner of the envelope. This is like adding a pinch of magic dust that helps your letter fly to the North Pole!
Step 4: Don’t Forget Your Details Before you seal the envelope, double-check if you’ve included your full name and address inside your letter. Santa is super busy, and he needs to know where to send
his reply!
Santa begins writing back from 20th November, so send your letter soon. Now, all that’s left is to drop your envelope in a mailbox, and off it goes on a wonderful journey to Santa. Happy writing!
P.S. Listen for sleigh bells; that’s a sign your letter has been delivered!
