It has been confirmed that former X-Factor contestant Rachel Adedeji will be joining last year's third place contestant Eoghan Quigg in turning on Walsall's Christmas Lights in the Walsall Town Centre on Thursday 26th November.
This is already set to be a fantastic event as Rachel also joins other performers such as Aiden Davis, the young Birmingham dancer from Britain's Got Talent, Demi Cullum, Walsall student who won over judges at this year's X Factor auditions, MJ Mytton Saneh, from the successful Thriller Live Concerts and Chris Ranken, better known as Percy Weasley from the Harry Potter Movies with his band Wax Lyrical.
On the day of the switch on there will be a Christmas market in the town all day and it also marks the start of late night Christmas shopping on Thursday's.
The evening's entertainment will begin at 5.15pm and finish around 8pm and as you can see from the line up it is an event that shouldn't be missed!
