A volunteer-led community group in Willenhall called Willenhall Lock Stock are promoting a Valentines Market. The community group who are behind the Willenhall Lock Stock Festival that saw thousands of people flock to the Memorial Park last year in aid of charity, are holding the event in Willenhall Market Place on Saturday 15th February. "As well as local bands from Willenhall, many of whom have performed at the Willenhall Lock Stock Festival for charity, bands, clubs and associations from Willenhall will be promoting their loves" said organiser Nigel Dutton. According to Nigel the whole community of Willenhall are gathering together to support the local community. "The fishing club from Willenhall Park, the bike club, the walking club, the walking club, Willenhall amateur boxing clubs and Willenhall singers will be there" explained Nigel "plus vehicles from Willenhall Transport Show". Lock Stock organiser Nigel Dutton said that he wanted to create a crowd in Willenhall town market again "and we are hoping the good folk of Willenhall will come out and support the various clubs, the market and the town. The evening before we have a Peaky Blinder Valentines Ball at Gilberts Bar in Field Street in Willenhall. There is entertainment fro m the Peaky Blinder Party Duo plus A Little Jazz from Lisa Morrall. We have a t4raditional Black Country menu. So please come to Willenhall and have a Blindin` Valentines Day and support the local community".
