Board In Brum are a tabletop miniatures and boardgaming venue located in the Bentley Lane Industrial Estate, just off Junction 10 of the M6. They supply pretty much everything for your tabletop miniatures gaming needs, supplying Games Workshop, Fantasy Flight, Cool Mini Or Not, Warlord, Battlefront games and accessories, plus many more. On Sat 2 November 2019, starting at 5pm, Board In Brum are hosting a 24 hour Charity Gaming event in aid of Duchenne UK, who fund research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The disease is the most common genetic killer of children worldwide. The grandson of one of our regular customers has been diagnosed with the disease so we are raising money to allow Duchenne UK to find a cure.
Entrance is £5, all of which will go to Duchenne UK. For that you can play one of a huge selection of games in either an organised session or with your own group. We have a large amount of prizes, donated by some generous individuals and organisations, which we will be raffling off during the 24 hour period.
Refreshments will be available throughout at a small charge – again, all profits will go to Duchenne UK.
