Willenhall Lock Stock 3 is set for Sunday 1 st September 2019.

Compared by many as a mini Glastonbury Willenhall Lock Stock brings together the diverse population of Willenhall for one day in September. A true cross section of Willenhall’s population attended by all ages and back grounds with disabled access provided and seating both in front of the 150-seater grand stand and on the lower level.

This the 3 rd year of Lock Stock will see bigger arenas capable of taking between 3000 and 5000 music fans (2018 saw 3000 attend) .and as in the previous 2 years there are 3 performance stages.

The largest stage is the Pop stage which caters for a wide choice of music appealing to all ages. Local bands The Black Country Beatles and Soul’d Out will finish the evening off after 6 previous acts with a lot of gigging dancing guaranteed.

The Rock and Blues stage will host Are you Experienced? (Jimi Hendrix tribute) and Fleetwood Mad together with 6 more local bands then the Soul Motown marquee will see a variety of great soul singers including Dayton Grey and Lisa Morrall. Willenhall Lock Stock is a not for profit group whose aims are:

To bring together the people of Willenhall to enjoy a day of music and entertainment
To encourage local business to further support events in Willenhall
To promote the facilities of Willenhall Memorial Park
To raise some money for local good causes

Good causes Lock Stocks aim is to give the town of Willenhall a good day out and help raise money on the day for locally nominated good causes and also use some of its profits to give to local individuals or groups that need a helping hand Money was raised for West Midlands MS, Bereavement services, Mental Health, Cancer Research, UK, Childline, Friends of Willenhall Park plus local gifts of up to £200 each for Willenhall good causes.

Up to £2000 raised between all of the charities and Lock Stock donations in 2018 Sponsorship Local Business Supporting Local Music Willenhall Lock Stock can only take place with the support of local business sponsorship and volunteer supporters and artists offering their performance for free.
