Streetly Methodist Church will be holding our 4th annual Eco Festival on September 21st, from 11am to 5pm. It's called 'Birds, Bees & Cooking.' Join us for talks, stalls, food and music. Have fun and learn about choosing a more plant -based diet for the health of people and planet. Children can enjoy ‘Plate Mates’ crafts, Scavenger & Treasure Hunts. We host our own vegetarian Ready, Steady Cook show and there will be a reduced cost Plant Sale. The event will be opened by Alan Gardner, multi-award winning gardener designer. Other contributors include Sutton Coldfield Beekeepers, RSPB, Eco Sutton, FOSPA, B Natural Choir and University of Birmingham chemistry department.
Entrance: adults £1, children free. Bring money to buy craft products, raffle tickets and tasty food. Food will include samosas, BBQ, ploughman's lunches, fresh coffee, tea and cakes. Find us on the corner of Hardwick and Thornhill Roads, Streetly, B743EH
