n the 4th February Prof Gatrad OBE and his entire crew from Walsall will descend on the Mander Centre to launch - not only the unique play, The Plastic Migrant, concerning the scourge of plastic and climate change set in Ethiopia, but also his book 'The Stroy of Three Plastic Bottles'.
This is going to be a momentous event - part of the 3-day festival that has been brilliantly organised by Ian Henery and his colleagues with help and support from the local council.
This play promises to take the region by storm, and there is included a Bollywood song to which many younsters will dance. This song was especially created for WASUP - World Against Single Use Plastic that was founded by Professor Gatrad 5 years ago and is now global - in over 50 countries.
We look forward to many of you witnessing history in the making.
The play will be staged at Great Wyreley High School on the 29th June, 30th June and 1st July.
We hope to see you in Wolverhampton and then at Great Wyrely. Opportunities not to be missed.
