Return of the popular live music event which drew an audience of over a thousand in 2019.

The free entry event featuring local bands and musicians playing a wide variety of genres including rock, pop, funk and RnB.

Presented by Adrian Shaw of Hunkypunk Promotions in association with Walsall Council

Artists performing are:

Martian Social Club, Walsall’s best kept secret purveyors of finch themed funk and oddball cultsters, guaranteed to light up the afternoon with their unique blend of musical mischief

Funk n Disorderly, a popular Walsall based outfit performing a mixture of originals and covers in the style of classic funk n soul with a hint of jazz, blues and reggae. Guaranteed to move your feet.

Soulful sounds are provided by Walsall born and Bred Kiana back on the bandstand stage again accompanied by truly fantastic guest guitarist!

Dinky, alternative indie band who have just released their latest album “Open Letters”, a compelling combination of infectious riffs and hook-filled melodies.

Cori Bowen who is a prodigious young solo artist playing popular covers from 1960s soft rock to 2000’s grunge

Sadly Adrian Shaw’s own new band Indigo Fallz, featuring gorgeous vocals and laid-back smooth alt-acoustic vibes have had to cancel due to the bass player contracting COVID at the last minute-showing how tricky it is to organise music events in the current climate.

The Compere is local Solicitor and Black Country Poet Ian Henery.
