Cheryl said “My passion is community empowerment and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. As an author, I love being able to create topics for young children that they can relate to through rhyme and brightly coloured illustrations that encourages them to apply a positive way of thinking in their lives. Children are our future and I believe that the positive impact we create to the young minds of today will lead to future generation that are better equipped to manage their own mental health and wellbeing”.

This book explores the life cycle of a young boy called Johnny, who makes up many different excuses to not go outdoors, despite his mother encouraging him to do so.
