Walsall played out a 0-0 draw at Peterborough United to maintain their play off push. It was a game played out in the main part in driving rain and strong winds on an already heavy pitch so it was never going to be a classic. Saddlers had the better of the first half with home keeper Bobby Olejnik making good saves from Febian Brandy and Sam Mantom. After the break Posh came into it more. Walsall's defence, minus Andy Butler who was suspended, had James Chambers in the heart of the defence who had a superb game. Peterborogh are free scoring especially at home so a clean sheet and a point was a good effort.
