The Rightmove Survey asked 25,000 people across the country to rank 12 different factors about where the live and Walsall finished highest in the West Midlands area.
Out of the entire UK Walsall featured in the top 130, finishing at 53rd, 17 places higher than Dudley its nearest local rival.
Amazingly the borough also finished 5th out of the 130 for value! We are extremely proud of this as we feel our local businesses offer residents great value!
Walsall also ranked 66th for décor, 26 for contempt, 69 for area upkeep, 82 for pride, 68 for safety, 111 for recreation, 50 for space, 38 for community, 53 for costs, 17 for amenities, 69 for neighbourliness.
