Defend against Bullying,Abduction Avoidance, Improve Self Awareness, Real Self Defence Scenarios, Learn Fighting Skills, Increase Self Confidence, Learn through Play, Fun Games and Exercises, Develop Life Skills and Promote Strong Values.
Working in partnership and the Sponsors for the Summer Project - Candlela Light Ltd and Aldridge Social Club. Parents and Children Self-defence class on every Friday morning at the Club for one hour, then a teenagers class after for another hour. If you want a FREE place for yourself and your child or teenager please register their name and yours.
