A walsall self defence club is offering a workshop special this Sunday 2nd June 9 - 11.30am and it`s open to members and non members alike.
"Car jacking is a lot more common than people think" explained club owner Paul O`Connor (pictured) who runs classes in Walsall, Aldridge and Brownhills. "The Midlands has become a hot spot for car theft. In London there are two car jackings a day! Come along and learn some basic skills to help you from being a victim. Open to members and non members alike because Sparta Krav Maga are a family. We believe in keeping all of our communities safe".
The anti car jacking workshop deals with violence inside the car. "Sometimes you have to wait before you can act" said Paul O`Connor "preparing yourself and then picking the right time to act. This workshop starts to help you with this and is available to everyone this Sunday".
