Members of the Walsall Society of Artists are celebrating 70 years of success as their work goes on display for their annual exhibition at the New Art Gallery in Walsall.
The aim of the Walsall Society of Artists is to advance education and community art for the people of Walsall and they are also launching an exciting free art competition for young people which they hope will be an annual event.
The free art competition is poetries schools and young persons aged between 7 - 18. The closing date for entries is 14th February 2020 with an exhibition and prize giving event on 25th March at the Forest Arts Centre in Walsall.
The annual exhibition will be opened by Andrew Tift and runs between 22nd November- 5th January 2020 at the New Art Gallery.
