Willenhall Carnival and Father Christmas have teamed up again this year to provide some festive joy across Willenhall for families and children. The first of the Santa Runs took place on Sunday 6 December with the following ones taking place on 7th, 8th & 9th and 13th, 14th 15th and 16th December. This year as been a little different with the current pandemic but never the less Santa and his Elves will make it a very festive and a rememberable experience. All donations raised goes towards the annual Carnival Day which is to be held on Saturday 13 June in Willenhall Memorial Park.
"This is the first time Sean and I have been out on the Santa Run with Willenhall Carnival" said Councillor Diane Coughlan. "We have had a great time, not only the children enjoyed it but adults with no children were out too. Its just what they needed to try to bring back a bit of normality. We also had Santa's little helper with us".
