No time wasting, tyre kicking, moaning and whining when you work with me. Just commitment to success that brings about the result we set.

And here's how we do it.

  • Attend 3 or more workouts per week.
  • You can't out train a bad diet so don't try to.
    Eat a nutrient rich diet of fruit and vegetables (especially green leafy veg), nuts, seeds, lean meat and fish, root veg like potatoes, and rice and rice noodles. And 2-3 litres of water per day!
  • Get 8 hours of sleep each night. Quality sleep allows your body to rest, relax and rejuvenate. While it also has a massive influence on your hormones. There's no if's no but's - get your sleep! Especially if you are finding it difficult to remove the last bit of fat hanging over your jeans.
  • And finally LOVE! not just because it's valentines today. or that I have a special gift for you at camp tonight... (I'm a lover) but love, and being apart of a community is one of the needs that we all need to live a healthy life. We need to communicate and we need to play! Break away from the stressful day and enjoy life. This massively helps in fat loss, but more importantly the quality of life. And you are apart of my community and thats why I ♥ you. ;-) and the best bit about being apart of Fat Burner Boot Camp is...

"Begin" - just start, it doesn't matter if you are ready or not. Just begin now and everything WILL happen, that's if it hasn't happened already! When you take that first step, you start to build momentum and this will bring you success and attract the RESULT!
