I totally understand that busy schedules make it difficult to find time to exercise (an EXCUSE is hear often) well now you have the option to train at 7am, 9:45am A-N-

D 7:30pm so now you can get your fat burning workout done to fit in with your life.

Here are some more EXCUSES you may or may not have heard…

  • I’m tierd so I’m going to stay in bed today.
  • -that fat ain’t gonna shift if you don’t shift.
  • I hate exercise
  • I worry about people looking at me
  • I don’t want to get all sweaty
  • It’s cold outside
  • - hey there is not such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing.
  • I’m scared of being unfit
  • - we all have to start from somewhere and remember bootcamp is for people seeking fat loss, not atheletes.
  • I’m scared I will be the fattest there
  • I like to binge drink at the weekends
  • I can’t eat vegetables, it’s the texture, eurgh!

I really could go on but I’m bored of your excuses!

Excuses are just LIE’S you give to yourself for not having the confidence to get out of your comfort zone. And you are not alone.

I was just talking to two of my new morning campers who are loving their results after just 1 week and they said they were toying with the idea of joining bootcamp 6 weeks ago – to my surprise! I thought to myself…

“maaaaaan, how many of you out there are wanting to join and see the awesome fat loss results that come with my bootcamp… but you are making excuses not too?…” Hmmmmm.
