Had a guy come called Jake from the Burntwood branch. He was such a down to earth friendly guy, very professional. He fixed my issue straight away with my drains. Richard came out on the same day for my 83-year-old mom. He was amazing, so helpful and kind, he knew exactly what the problems was and fixed it! Thank you once again. I would 100% recommend this company. I would not hesitate to call Drain Doctor again with any other drain problems 😁

Drain Doctor was recommended to me by my plumber as we had a blocked toilet in a house we rent out.
The engineer Dave turned up as agreed , having telephoned before to confirm his time of arrival.
He was friendly, helpful and professional- he fixed the blocked toilet very quickly. He then put a camera up the downpipe to double check it was all clear and he found a 2nd blockage which he quickly fixed.
I was happy with the cost for the level of care and attention taken and would definitely use them again.
