The Drain Doctor responded quickly to my call regarding blocked drains at our offices. The pipes were jetted through & the root of our problem was discovered, no pun intended. (The drains were partly blocked with tree roots) A solution was discussed & now it’s down to our land-lord to find the money to repair the drains to prevent a reoccurrence in the future. Great Job as always, special thanks to Craig.

December 24th Christmas eve 2012!! Disaster strikes for single mum & son when the soil pipe breaks & blocks causing the house to flood! Who ya gonna call? DRAIN DOCTOR! Joking apart the Drain Doctor team came out at VERY short notice to accurately diagnose the problem. They then came out DURING THE HOLIDAY WEEK to fix the problem which they did without promptly, professionally and without fuss. They then helped us with photo's/information/a report to make a successful insurance claim. I thank both Richard and his team for their efforts which saved everybody involved a lot of time trouble and effort without requiring to be 'Paid through the nose'. I cannot recommend them enough.
