Steve and his colleague arrived on time, as agreed. They went straight to work on my boiler change. Never stopped for a break!!
I had an issue with a radiator and after 9hrs working on the boiler, they decided to take the radiator apart, flush it and get it working again. No hassle for them.
Their price is very competitive. And a service as good as British Gas provides.
He even sorted out my boiler guarantee with the manufacturer.
Love my new boiler and money well spent I say.

Recently whilst on holiday 1st Time Fix replaced my boiler and heating system. It was nice on getting home to have a warm house with all work completed to a very high standard with no snagging, although I know this required the firm to go above and beyond to ensure the perfect result. Had a complete new boiler fitted by Stephen. Old back boiler system exchanged for a new combi boiler. Was very accommodating ahead of time (sorting days etc).. really prompt (only a week from first visit to fitting .. and could have been quicker, but worked around my availability ).. really good price considering level of work involved .. and did a quality job. Very clean and tidy, incredibly professional and would throughly recommend.

We would not hesitate to use 1st Time Fix again. After having troubles with a few of our radiators; one that wouldn’t work at all and a couple which were inoperable due to broken thermostat valves, Stephen first came out to look at the issues before arranging a day to come and complete the job. Stephen completed the job thoroughly, at a very reasonable price, a very clean worker and contacted us after completion to ensure everything was working correctly.

Stephen and Chris who came and carried out the work arrived at the time stated and worked tirelessly hard throughout the 2 days. The work was carried out as stated in our initial conversation and done with care to our property and belongings, the lads even tidied up around and after themselves. 5 star service which I will definitely recommend to family and friends and will use in the future.
