Came today for family birthday meal. Whilst the food was good, the service was not so good. There only appeared to be three staff serving which in my opinion was a little light considering that the restaurant seemed to be full. This led to repeated requests for replacement drinks( due to fizzy drinks being flat) not being replaced, plates not been collected and the bill being incorrect. Also we were sat in a room which had very little light due to the lights not working properly.
This is normally a very good venue for both food and service, but I guess they are another victim of Covid and hope things can change for the better.

Very disappointed with visit today. Service very slow some staff obviously not trained enough. Also had to complain about a dirty wine glass that had lipstick on. Had a refund for that but tried to charge For a drink not ordered
