We were originally on the market with a well known, long established high street agent but became very frustrated with their lack of effort in marketing our home. It often felt like we were doing all the work ourselves and they were simply putting it on Rightmove, waiting for the phone to ring. Although we received requests for regular viewings, many of the viewers were unqualified "tyre kickers" and not in a proceedable position.
Then Christine Goddard from RE/MAX Walsall knocked on our door, and she was a breath of fresh air. She couldn’t understand why our immaculate and uniquely positioned home hadn’t sold yet.
