Ate here after driving around looking for a country pub with home made food. The staff were friendly and the food was good quality; large portions and very tasty. We ate from the a la carte menu and the steak and ale pie was delicious. My hubby says the handcut chips are the best he has ever tasted, and the range of real ales kept him happy too. We will definitely be going back.
