Morales came around and fixed a problem with my hot water tank. He instantly diagnosed the problem, got the part and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything as he was fixing the problem. Now I know what to do if the problem arises again. Would recommend him to anyone, especially since he is available 24/7 which is great for emergencies.
