Pickfords and more specifically Jessica and Riya were brilliant. We had a difficult time with our buyers solicitors and they were always receptive to our questions and proactively chased the sluggish solicitor. We managed to exchange and complete in very quick succession thanks to their hard work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or both.
