From the moment we walked into the showroom, Mark was incredible — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping us design the perfect bespoke sofa. He guided us through every step, kept us updated on lead times and delivery, and always called when he said he would. He even came out personally to measure up and help us choose colours, which made the whole process feel so personal and professional. True customer service at its finest — we genuinely cannot fault him!
The sofa itself is absolutely gorgeous — exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship and finish are exceptional, with every detail beautifully executed. It’s clear this is a product made with care and pride.
The delivery team was just as impressive — friendly, respectful of our property, and clearly committed to making the final step of the experience just as smooth and positive. They handled everything with care and were a pleasure to welcome into our home.

Big shout out. for kami from sofa factory,you've been great no pressure tea + biscuits on offer with every visit (and they were a few) until I finally made my mind up what I wanted. We made the journey up to Wolverhampton from North London and spent a lovely morning looking round the showroom. Kami was incredibly helpful and hospitable - even though we were slow and indecisive! A few months later, we have the sofa of our dreams - the one we could never find on the high street - the one that fits perfectly in our space. And still affordable! Communication was excellent and the delivery guys were just brilliant. Huge thanks to Kami and Mark!!
