He didn’t try to get me to have any work done either he was just more than happy to offer his sound advice which was greatly appreciated. Clearly a very genuine individual. I had architects drawings which were a waste of time and I panicked thinking I couldn't fit staircase into loft conversion avoiding new steels. Mark and Simon came round, measured up and said they could make stairs to fit. It was very tight but can say it works after having them installed today. 100% recommended

Yesterday I attended manual handling training. It was very useful to my work and the trainer, Lesley was very knowledgeable. She was also very supportive to me on a personal level which I appreciated. The only concerning thing was a member of the Karisa team was observing the training and made an inappropriate, sexualised comment to the group that made me feel quite awkward and uncomfortable.

I am a hard person to please and my expectations are always high. I can say that the experience I have had with this company has been exceptional. From ordering with Eddie to Joe and Gareth who fitted the door and windows. I always think that customer service is more valuable when you have a problem. Well, I had a small issue and that was resolved promptly by Rob and I was impressed how valued I felt as a customer. Thank you.
