So glad we found this lovely place! After being let down by another company we were left without a sofa and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and had our sofa delivered in 4 weeks. Mark was fantastic at helping us pick a style and material that suited our lifestyle and we couldn’t be more pleased with it, it’s extremely comfortable and well made. The delivery team were absolutely lovely and so helpful making sure everything was ok for us. Thank you so much for everything :)

Wish I had found Mr Gas Fixit a few years ago this is a hidden gem enormous amount of plumbing accessories and fixings all reasonably priced, however its the staff that are the one of the main differences more than helpful very knowledgable and resourceful and go out of their way to be helpful in overcoming plumbing problems nothing is too much trouble, special thanks to Ozzy the governor and his able assistant Asi.

1STTIMEFIX - an excellent experience!! My initial enquiry with very helpful and friendly Lotty via telephone was followed by receipt of SMS and emailed confirmation of appointment with engineer Stephen Horne.
Stephen sent SMS advising he was on his way and, upon arrival, immediately placed dust sheet and mat on floor before commencing any work. He soon located the problem with the wall mounted gas heater and repaired within minutes, restoring much required warmth. Throughout the appointment Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend 1sttimefix for superb customer service and will certainly contact them for any future work required.

"This is a very friendly and efficient company. I was kept informed of progress on my car at all times. I had the use of a courtesy car all the time. They managed to fix 2 problems with the car, which mainstream Jaguar dealers denied existed. The fact that the main problem took months to fix was down to current supply problems with Jaguar. I highly recommend this company."
