Franklins moved us from Rugeley to North Yorkshire on 24th/25th June. As we’re a military family we’ve moved numerous times, experiencing many different removal companies and the team from Franklins were one of the best we’ve ever had. They turned up on time, worked non-stop to get our house packed and loaded in just over 6 hours on a very hot day (we had packed quite a bit ourselves but the kitchen had to be done completely and other bits finished off) and then did the unpack in about 5 hours the following day.
All the chaps, Simon, Jack, Tobias and Kieran, were brilliant, they hardly stopped all day and took great care with all our possesions. The kitchen was packed so well, it’s the first time we’ve ever had no breakages of the crockery. They were polite, friendly and hard-working, a real credit to the company. Thank you guys!

the third time, and it’s been phenomenal. Great service, with amazing customer service and staff. Very detailed, when diagnosing the problem and getting to the route of it. This is a garage I will be using very often, highly recommend it 👍🏽

Hello , we have just had a replacement front door fitted by Sam and Nick. Another great job done by Leamore . Not only did they do a fast and excellent job they were very pleasant and respectful, always appreciated these days. They also kept us informed to the time of their arrival, even when they were held up on the job they were on before ours. Not their fault, and much appreciated as well. Thank you for everyone else involved in the job. In the future if and when we might have other fitting of windows or doors we will certainly get in touch with Leamore again.

Fantastic service from Vikki (and all staff friendly) Piercings for both my wife and I. Professional, very clean and she couldn’t do enough to help us. I had to pop back as the bar length needing swapping out early. Was no trouble at all and provided reassurance piercing was going to fit perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and recommend to anyone needing an experienced piercer in the area.
