Drain was blocked outside by side of house.called drain doctor, came out next morning as I had called late in the evening. Lady on phone was very sympathetic and kind her name was hayley. Engineer came out today first thing. Very understanding explained what problem was and v explained cost. Exp l ained aftercare and was a very good guy. Thankyou drain doctor

The staff were very helpful when I called at the shop to select the flooring for my kitchen. There was a good choice of laminates and no pressure to purchase. As I was undecided as to which shade of grey to have I found it really useful being able to take a few samples home to check which matched my decor the best. The samples were returned and it was easy to arrange a quote which included the fitting.
The fitter did an excellent job with attention to detail. The room was left clean and tidy and looking great. A quality professional service.
