I had an appointment today to see Vicki for a surface Tragus piercing.
I had the best experience, from picking the jewellery as well as explanation on the correct technique and placement, the option to see how the piercing would be done and how to properly take care of it including how to do my makeup around it. I’m also armed with better knowledge of what makes for good and bad jewellery.
Not to mention how wonderfully infectious Vicki and the love for their art is!
I left with my heart bursting and I’m still super stoked about my new piercing
I’ve previously had this service done at another well known studio and it rejected because of incorrect technique, placement and jewellery.
Vicki could see all of this straight away from old scarring, and was a wealth of information.
All in all I have never had a better experience than I’ve had here. You should definitely go!

My 6 year old daughter has been to have her ears pierced for the first time today and I can't thank Vicki enough! she did an absolute amazing job 💙 she spoke to Peyton through out and she was the centre of attention. even peyton said, she is a really lovely lady after we left. the shop is beautiful and clean and explained the needle piercing and how it works and what she uses. Peyton didn't flinch or cry she said it didn't hurt and can't wait to go back for her check up in four weeks. honestly would not go anywhere else for a piercing again. Thank you x

My daughter has wanted her ears pierced for so long and we brought her in July once we were able to. I can not believe how calm and chilled she was when she had them done (I even sent my husband with her) Vicki spoke to her and treated her amazingly, she came away with not only her ears pierced but more confidence too!
I decided to have a piercing of my own (I may have been a tiny bit jealous of how amazing my daughters lobe piercings were 😂) and I adore my helix piercing, the jewellery is stunning and I have never felt so welcome and relaxed as when I came into the shop. We can not wait for our check up (and a cheeky look for me to see what jewellery may suit another piercing). I’ll never use anywhere else, thank you so much Vicki xxx

I have had almost all if my piercings done by Vicki which is quite a few now. She also helped fix some some piercings that were done badly elsewhere. And I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else to be pierced. Vicki is one of the kindest friendliest people you'll meet. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and only wants what's best for them. She gives great advice and aftercare advice. And everything is always spotlessly clean. Thank you Vicki xx

I’ve been to see Vicky at hole lotta love in Walsall a few times. Well actually more than a few I’ve had multiple piercings and jewellery upgrades from her. Her knowledge expertise and general loveliness is why I travel an hour to see her. I adore all of my piercings and she’s so talented. The level of care and aftercare is unbelievable and her studio is stunning. Lots of choice of jewellery including high end pieces which are all available to buy. She always has lots of new pieces and stuff I’ve seen nowhere else. I’m seriously in love with this lady and can’t recommend her enough. Top five star service.

Myself and my fiancée have been using Hole lotta love for multiple piercings over the last 2 years or so, Vicki has great customer service with an extensive knowledge of the trade and she is always happy to give helpful advice and aftercare. They only use the best quality jewellery and have some great stylish pieces, the most professional piercing shop I have used and now the only one I will use.
