When deadlines approach, the team works around the clock to ensure there are no delays. Although everyone in this team is pleasure to work with, I would like to thank Laurens exceptional contribution in particular with my last deal. Excellent support throughout the entire process! We had an online portal that showed our progress from start to finish with a percentage of completion as well as a list of actions currently in progress and completed. Most paperwork was completable online while most forms could be uploaded through the same portable.
We received weekly E-mails on progress and any times we were unsure about things, we were able to email our solicitor, who would email us back very quickly.
If we were to move again, we would definitely use Pickfords again

I went to this chemist today after being messed about for FOUR WEEKS by Boots chemist with the remainder of my prescription.
What a refreshing change it made. Parking is available outside the shop.
I was greeted promptly, pleasantly and politely, and was asked which brand of tablets I prefer - something I have never been asked in Boots. They supplied my tablets almost immediately, and the lady went to the trouble of ringing their suppliers for me (there and then) to see if she could obtain some more for me. I was most impressed as they are very customer focused and I know where I`ll be going for my prescriptions in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend this chemist to everyone.

I can't praise the staff at Hartshorne's enough. They have been our family support for the last 30 years. We have had a wonderful service from every member of staff. The Pharmacist, Manager, receptionists and driver all live up to the website statement of offering excellent service and going the extra mile. In the last 2 years our family has had 2 elders diagnosed as palliative care and in both cases, the pharmacist and all staff were kind, caring and responsive to every need and ensured timely medication was delivered. Amazing kind people. A big thank you to them all from the Marwaha family.
