Been with louis for over 6 months after open heart surgery. He is a brilliant PT, sports massage therapist and friend. He has tailored my training sessions taking into account many medical factors - dodgy heart, replacement elbow being just two nothing phases him! Each session is different and he pushes me to achieve what i thought was not possible and is a very genuine and professional guy who i would highly recommend to anyone

Never in my life would I ever of thought that I would of had a PT Instructor especially one as good as Louis, he is very passionate about his work he has pushed me to a level of fitness that I never thought I could of achieved. I'm not going to lie it hasn’t been easy & I have had to put the work in as well to achieve this but with Louis knowledge and experience and support I have lost 3.5 stone and feel fitter & healthier than ever. We have had quite a few laughs throughout our sessions, and just want to say thank you for getting me back to loving fitness & I have also gained a good friend ❤

I have been training with Louis for 6 months now and have seen a real change in my muscle tone and shape, having an autoimmune condition that affects my thyroid function I have to really focus on nutrition and eating well to stay healthy. I started to work with Louis as I needed help to tone and build muscle.
Louis has really helped me focus on getting stronger and working on my exercise form. I had picked up some bad habits not having had any 1 to 1 training before but Louis has helped me iron out any issues and pushes me to the limit to achieve the best results possible from each training session, far more than I could ever push myself!
Louis really cares about what he does and genuinely wants all of his clients to reach their full potential. I would recommend training with Louis to anyone who is considering working with him.

Have been training with LR Fitness for 10 months and am extremely happy with my 3 and a half stone weight loss. My level of fitness has exceeded my own expectations, from lifting weights to great improvements in my cardio abilities. I have Louis of LR Fitness to thank for this ,and for my new found love of fitness and wellbeing. I won’t ever be able to thank him enough. 5 months ago I started with Louis on a journey to lose body fat and gain muscle mass. I can say I have definitely achieved this and would recommend for anyone who is new or needing that extra push to take the leap and join Louis on a fitness journey.

I have learned how to keep on top of my nutrition to make sure I’m eating the right amount of carbs and protien so my body is correctly fueled throughout the day. I have learned the correct form on all body parts to push myself further and lift heavier weights to get stronger. Louis also provides an exercise plan for you to follow and keep on top of.

I never really knew how much someone can push themselves physically and mentally until I started with Louis as he pushes you to your boundaries. We’ve had a few hiccups throughout this journey else no doubt I would of progressed even further than I already have due to a knee injury. But even with these setbacks I have managed to continue to lose weight and put on muscle. I started off unable to lift 40-45kg on the flat chest press to now being able to life 105kg. Not only that I have seen a massive difference in body shape and muscle definition which continuously motivates me to keep going.

Louis has been a great personal trainer and I definitely urge others to join.

The best PT in West Midlands!
Louis is an amazing PT who is easy to work with. I had 2 sessions per week for 12 weeks with him. When I started training with Louis I had no idea how to exercise properly but with his effective training, I improved really quickly and lost 5 kilos! Louis helped me with my diet and was give me an amazing emotional support too.
I now feel healthier, more confidence and can only recommend him as he is super effective, nice and has a great sense of humour.

I started working with Louis in February and I can safely say I do not regret it and have made unreal progress.

I was previously working with an online coach and my results were underwhelming so I needed a change. As soon as I started working with Louis my strength started increasing rapidly and I gained 4 kg in 3 months. We made changes to my training program and he taught me better form on compound lifts. I cannot recommend him enough and he is the best investment you can make to better yourself.
