Excellent service from James and his team. Had an amber warning for 'reduced braking' on my Jaguar EV. I was offered an appointment at a short notice, arrived at the garage in the morning, staff offered coffee and biscuit, James did a thorough diagnostics and found out both the 12v batteries needed changing. He discussed his findings with me at every step and agreed to order the part straight away and replaced it quickly. James understood that it was an hour drive for me back home so all the work was done while I waited which saved me a lot of time travelling back and forth. Thanks guys! Fair and reasonable charges, honest and knowledgable guys, friendly receptionists. I recommend James Price's garage.

Owen captured us the moment we saw him at a wedding fayre! Absolutely charming, slick and personable, he was the perfect addition to our wedding day, helping break the ice with guests who didn’t know each other before, and also fully adapting to each person and being perfect with both adults and kids.
Quick side note from my wife and I - we experienced a lot of wedding suppliers passively assuming we weren’t marrying each other and being awkward about it (as we are both women), but Owen immediately saw us as a couple and was wonderfully inclusive - unlike so many others had been that day! Sounds like a tiny detail but it meant a lot to us and I felt important to mention.

Had bad damage to my car door so called a few “on the drive” companies that all said it could not be done - Clive at Swift Smart Repair proved them wrong ! The communication from day one was superb and the cost was half what the garage wanted to fix the door skin. Their vans are equipped with all of the latest paint matching tech and even though the weather was against us, Clive at Swift did a fantastic job. I cannot tell the difference from the day i bought the car new. If you need a good, fairly priced and professional paint repair then look no further than Swift Smart Repair.
