Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received. Our driver Shak was brilliantly. As a single mum travelling with three kids it really helped when he met us at arrivals and took my suitcases from us as I focused on the kids.
Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing an airport run.

I was worried about getting to Luton airport for 5am but the driver (Amo) turned up 10 mins early. Was very helpful with cases and even knew a different route when section of the road was closed. Still got there before 5! Thanks Excelsior cars, and thanks for sending Amo.

Fantastic Airport transfers , always on time and with good communications from the driver before all pick ups . We have used this company quite a few times now and the driver Shak has always been superb . Would highly recommend this company . After having a very bad experience with a company called Bouden travel it is good to know there are actually still very good transfer company’s like Excelsior . We will never use anyone else . 5 star service from a 5 star company .

Great service- I changed the pick up time a couple of days before our flight as some of the family members wanted to go shopping at duty free so Excelsior cars picked us up earlier without any problems. Kam met us at the airport within 10 minutes of calling him on our return- lovely clean van that seated 7 of us comfortably with seats to spare and plenty of boot space for our luggage which was handled by Kam. Kam was also aware of road closures and fastest routes. Will definitely use again.
