Always on time..very professional and friendly. The drivers make contact prior to picking you up confirming who will be driving you and the time giving you reassurance.All the staff are excellent and we wouldn't use anyone else.

Rocco drove us from Birmingham to Cornwall & it was a wonderfully relaxing way to start our holiday.
The car was so clean & comfy & Rocco was very friendly, polite & most helpful.

Excelsior car is a wonderful service, that provided me and my family with a great long distance travel experience.
What made the experience great was that nothing was too much trouble for Rocco he was so friendly and helpful and made the journey so pleasant. Excelsior even provided a car seat for my 2 year old, so we had one last thing to worry about! We've used the service before and we look forward to using them again!

This is a lovely cafe with a pleasant atmosphere and good food. Lovely place for a small celebration. The staff will go out of their way to make what you want.

Have visited a few times when in Cannock for a coffee - the service is friendly and quick. The cafe is very clean and there is a lot on the menu and it is nice to see a cafe which isn't a chain one and more individual to have a hot drink in .

Lovely lunch today with the ladies at Mims Moms. Food is excellent and service is top rate. Afternoon Tea is delicious and will be returning asap.
