What can I say? There is no where else my family & I would go to get our hair done. I have 2 children with special needs who absoloutley adore going to see Jo for haircuts, Jo always makes sure they feel comfortable & is amazing with both of them. My wife & I also booked for our wedding hair, Jo came to the venue early morning, nothing was too much trouble. The salon is such a friendly place to be Jo & Tam always make you feel comfortable & send you out feeling fabulous - they never let you leave until you are completely happy! So glad we found Chatabox.. We won't go anywhere else!!

I would highly recommend chatterbox jo did a amazing job with my hair she took my hair from dark damaged and dowdy to hilights with shadow root and feeling healthy for the 1st time in years she was absolutely amazing she was patient and kind made me feel comfortable for years i had bad cut after bad cut i had given up until I started going to jo at chatterbox she is a very talented lady nothing is to much trouble while your there she is very professional overall a amazing feeling she gave me my confidence back thankyou jo your a star 🌟 xx

60 is the birthday I was dreading; but talking to friends I felt I had to celebrate this, and also wanted to thank my friends for the support they have given me since my Father died. I wanted to treat them….. and what a treat we all had at Mim's Mom's.
From the very professional pre-party planning to the forethought and insight into what would be required and the exceptionally personal touches, the perfect setting and customer focussed hospitality, I couldn't have wished for a more perfect night.
The staff team welcomed us with champaigne,and my guests were visibly wowed by the the decor, the tables and the general ambiance of the setting, not to mention the wonderful food.
Were we really still in Cannock ?... yes and enjoying a high tea evening which would have been a credit to any of the best well known restuarants around.
On reflection, I have the most wonderful memories of a fabulous evening with my friends, made extra special by the staff and fayre at Mims.
Well done and thank you to Carol and the team for a unique and highly enjoyable experience.

Absolutely brilliant service, the lady that runs this cafe is so friendly and helpful. She moved chairs out of the way so we could get our pram in and she also washed my babies bottle for me. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my food. Will definitely go back

We came for a hen-do in August and had the royal treatment! Our table for 12 was set up for our arrival and beautifully decorated with pretty cake stands, dainty cups and saucers and a glass of prosecco! The sandwiches and cakes were delicious, and we were offered discounted cocktails for our party too.
The ladies even packed up what we hadnt managed to eat to be collected later.Excellent value at £20 each (cocktails additional) and exceptional friendly service, they really looked after us over the 2 hours we were there. They even went as far as to track down our missing taxis, and flag down some others on the street for us!

My baby shower was held here on the 9th September, and I can't stress enough how amazing the venue and members of staff are.
They were very accommodating on how we wanted to decorate the room and didn't mind us bringing our own decorations and decorating ourselves. Food was served promptly once all guests had arrived, but the members of staff allowed us to chat amongst ourselves, get up and walk around and play some games. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the function. We paid £15 pp for Afternoon tea, the food was lovely, and the staff again took on board any dietary requirements and ensured everyone was happy.I would definitely recommend the cafe for any type of function, and will be popping in after my baby is born for a bite to eat and a hot drink.

It was my wife's 65 Birthday and as a surprise we decided to hold a suprise party. I had never been in the place before but I have read good reviews on trip adviser. There were twenty of us therefore we held a private party. Both my wife and me like afternoon tea and have had many in different places from the Ritz at London to many hotels and tearooms within 40 miles of Cannock. Mims Mom's is the best for both food and service. Difficult to beat. Not only was a good selection of sandwiches and cakes there was also Cheese Board. A nice touch was linen napkins. Unlimited tea and coffee. The atmosphere was lovely the same for the decoration The owner Carol and the rest of the staff go out of their way to ensure that you are looked after.
Will certainly go back again. Other people in party also mirrored my thoughts. Particularly about the quality of the food and service.
