This is a great gym. As a newcomer joining a gym is daunting, but the staff at anytime fitness made me feel at home. Whilst I may not be Ronnie Coleman yet I am thoroughly enjoying this gym. The facilities are nice and clean and they work well, although some dumbbells are a bit heavy. Shout out to Kate, she was an amazing help always happy to answer questions 😁.

We were originally on the market with a well known, long established high street agent but became very frustrated with their lack of effort in marketing our home. It often felt like we were doing all the work ourselves and they were simply putting it on Rightmove, waiting for the phone to ring. Although we received requests for regular viewings, many of the viewers were unqualified "tyre kickers" and not in a proceedable position.<br><br>Then Christine Goddard from RE/MAX Walsall knocked on our door, and she was a breath of fresh air. She couldn’t understand why our immaculate and uniquely positioned home hadn’t sold yet. Confident that she could find the right buyer and achieve the full asking price, we decided to give her a chance. Within a week, we were on the market with RE/MAX. The marketing materials Christine produced were superb, descriptions tailored specifically to our home, unlike the generic copy and paste approach of the previous agent.<br><br>What stood out immediately was Christine’s drive, passion, commitment, professionalism, and excellent communication. Unlike other agents, Christine made herself available at all times, including evenings and weekends, responding promptly to messages via WhatsApp..<br><br>She also took an innovative approach by creating flyers that were distributed to nearby estates, targeting potential homes that might be looking to upsize. Since our home was tucked away at the end of a private drive, she commissioned a custom for sale board placed in a higher footfall area near the entrance to our estate.<br><br>Soon, the viewing requests started rolling in, and Christine efficiently managed them in blocks to minimise disruption to our weekends. Interest and offers followed quickly, all from fully qualified buyers. Christine handled the negotiations and secured the price we wanted.<br><br>During the conveyancing process, Christine remained proactive, providing regular updates and stepping in whenever there were delays in solicitor communication. This was crucial for us, as we needed to coordinate our move with our daughter’s nursery notice period and secure a place in a new nursery, so we could not risk dates slipping.<br><br>In summary, we have received outstanding service and results from Christine Goddard. A regular haunt for us. They staff are always welcoming and are particularly lovely to my aging parents. Service is always good. As is the food. We use the place for weekday lunches and don't need to book in advance. Great place.
