Walsall Arboretum is a fantastic place for a day out with the family. There’s a huge free car park, which makes visiting hassle-free. The walking areas are spacious and well-maintained and the small lake adds a lovely touch of nature and tranquility.
The playground is huge and perfect for kids of all ages and during the summer the water splash playground is a real highlight. There are also public toilets available, and ice cream vans are usually around for a nice treat.
It’s a great spot for a picnic and spending quality time outdoors. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable day in the fresh air.

Nice and quiet big place to enjoy and spend time with your friends and family. The big problem is that there is not any service to use toilet or wash your hands, which is the most important thing to have.

Met some friends with their dog. Great place to walk the dogs on paths in the current weather as it's not the best walking elsewhere with all the mud at this time of year. Stopped at the cafe for a short break and a coffee. The Arboretum was spotless no piles of litter as can be found elsewhere. Enjoyable couple of hours. Plenty of bins for disposing of the necessary.
