Hunting for flats in big cities is always tiring, and too many letting agents out there care very little about service or the general experience of prospective tenants. The reviews for most letting agents in Birmingham and other big cities rarely exceed an average of 3 stars for a reason...
Barrows & Forrester really are a ray of sunshine in a sector where tenants usually face stress and uncertainty until the moment the contract is finally signed. They are super responsive, well-organised, friendly and forthcoming in their communications. Our agent Sophia was incredibly professional and patient, the whole experience really couldn't have been any smoother! Since we moved in a week ago, the team at B&F (particularly Sophia and Caitlin) has been always approachable and proactive in dealing with any queries.
There clearly is a reason why they are the highest-rated agent in Birmingham (at least as far as I can tell). We would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Looking for a meal out with a very picky eater who loves pizza we opted for this restaurant based on its reviews.
When entering the restaurant I was a little apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised, staff were friendly and inviting. They quickly took our drinks orders. giving us extra time to select our dishes.The food was served quickly, delicious and hot. The pizza lover’s margarita pizza was cooked perfectly and the duck dish was tasty.
Staff regularly checked if we were happy and required any more drinks. What we really appreciated was we were dining with another couple we had not seen for a while so we’re having a chat, no-one rushed us and none of this two hour eating slots you find at most restaurants - a lovely relaxed atmosphere.
We will definitely return.
