A quick drop in during the day after needing a break from shopping. Lovely service, great knowledge of all the beers and ciders, but couldn't comment more on atmosphere etc as it really was the right time of day to be busy enough to say. Nice setup and comfy seats to enjoy our respite.Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 3/5

After reading the poor recent review I had to say something as I've been with 387 over 6+ years and I've only ever had positive experiences. My Collie passed 6 years ago and in later of her years she was at the vets frequently.. they were absolutely amazing with her even the day I had to have her pts at 14 years old Emma sat on the floor with us and comforted her giving her treats. My latest dog that has passed in August had heart disease for 2 years and they have been amazing normally seeing Emma or Sam. Very caring and explain everything in detail.. nothing is to much trouble. Now this I why I had to put a review.. my dog that just passed in August I phoned the vets at 5.30pm panicking as he has really ill and collapsed. The receptionist told me to bring him in straight away, baring in mind it's nearly closing time for them so I did. Even though they were closing they let me sit with him a while to say my goodbyes and it was Sharon the nurse that held him and comforted him as I was so upset and panicking and she showed the upmost compassion to me & my furbaby. The day I fetched his ashes back the receptionist seen how upset I was and gave me a hug. I am forever grateful to all the Team so thank you for all you have done over the years for Me and my furbabies 🐾 ( obviously Emma's my Favourite.. just don't tell the others as there all amazing 😀)

Value for money. Staff and management take a genuine interest in providing you with the best service you could get. Friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I totally recommend this business as one of the best I have ever taken my vehicle to. Try them you will not be dissapointed.
