Kathryn is such a warm, empathetic and special lady, providing such a valuable and professional service. She went above and beyond to make our gathering just perfect!
We had a Celebration of Life for our parents. Kathryn came to see us at home to discuss all of the details of exactly what we wanted. She immediately made us feel at ease and we happily shared memories and chatted for hours! She took down all of the details of their lives, their wider families, their interests, friends and holidays and composed a beautiful dedication to them. Her wonderful sense of humour shone through, and we all had laughter and tears…..Kathryn included 🥰
Everyone commented afterwards at what a beautiful service it was and how very impressed they were. Kathryn made everything so very special and we couldn’t have asked for better. She really is the best of the best!!

We were looking for a DJ and photo booth for a work party. Found J.A.B.S on this site and got in touch. Abi was great and talked us through all the options, and the different extras they offered. We went with a DJ, full lights and a 360 photo booth in the end as it sounded fun. We were blown away by it, so much fun, lots of scenes, props and some hilarious photos that will probably be popping up every time one of us has a birthday. Everything was perfect and I just want to say Thank you for an amazing night and can't wait for our Christmas party!!

Amazing service today. Went in yesterday to ask about tyres as I noticed one was worn down and probably illegal. One of the guy looked around and said I'd need, probably 3 soon. Ordered me 2 tyres in for today and very good priced aswell. All the staff were so kind while waiting, weren't pushing other things like other places can do. Would definitely recommend

Booked the car online to pick us up and take us to the airport and also had the pick up when we came back to Birmingham, when we landed had a text to say where we would meet, as we had meet and greet, whole process was hassle free, took the hassle and worry out of travel to and from the airport, will be using again, nice drivers too as well as clean cars.

I Booked with Excelsior to take us to Birmingham Airport for 8 people with 8 suitcases, Billy was an excellent driver and we had plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Abid picked us up from the Airport, and again the service was excellent, they turned up on time and made everything easy for us. I will definately use them again.
