Morales recently replaced our boiler and upgraded our gas feed as we ordered via BOXT. He came out two days before the job to inspect thoroughly to ensure his team were prepared and he could be as efficient as possible on the day of job. He explained everything to me ahead of job and offered guidance where I requested it. The workmanship and care displayed during the replacement and upgrade was superb and we are very happy. Morales fitted a replacement flushing system for our toilet. Great service, kept us updated on time he would be with us and got the job done without any fuss or mess. He will be coming back later in the year to replace some radiators for us.

Morales came around and fixed a problem with my hot water tank. He instantly diagnosed the problem, got the part and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything as he was fixing the problem. Now I know what to do if the problem arises again. Would recommend him to anyone, especially since he is available 24/7 which is great for emergencies.
