Great food & great staff, good prices

What more could you want?

The parking could be a little better as it is in a busy high street but if that's a problem take a taxi

Visited twice now for business meals I am a big Italian food fanatic and this does not quite live up to expectations.Maybe a smaller menu would help for the relatively small number of staff.

Dined here with colleagues on a Wednesday evening. All chose from the set menu. Good choices. Nice atmosphere. My 2 colleagues were a bit dull though.

I tried the Sunday budget menu - 3 courses for £9.95 Really enjoyed the meal, can't fault the food or the service we received.

Yes, I know it sounds unlikely, but this Italian restaurant is run -very capably- by Asians. The atmosphere last w eek was hectic, but there were several parties being catered for and no-one seemed to be waiting for their meal, and the quality was excellent. Our group of 26 had orders taken within m inutes of arriving by smiling waitresses. They were really busy, but still smiling when we left. I think we tried everything on the menu between us, so I can only comment on my meal, The chicken was tasty, the vegetables cooked just right, and the tiramisu.........I had some a few years ago in Naples and this was just as good. Wh.en we go again (and we will) it should be a bit quieter, But it's only Christmas once a year!

The lunchtime menu looked good enough but a little limited, so I chose the Prawns and spaghetti cooked with chillies and garlic from the a La carte menu. The food arrived quickly and, if a little light on prawns (5) was very nicely done and piquant enough to be interesting. The house rosé was perfectly acceptable and the service polite and helpful. I will certainly be back.

We have been to this restaurant a few times now, the last visit on Christmas Eve (early evening, with 2 children). The food is great and the service is excellent. If you want a fresh dish of pasta we could not fault this restaurant, they are great as they are happy to do any dish in a small portion for children.
We will return as great value for money.

Fancied something special for lunch and was not disappointed. The lunchtime special menu looked OK but a little limited, so I chose the Prawns and Spaghetti with chillies, ginger and garlic. A bit light on prawns (5) but an amazing flavour, piquant enough to be interesting. The house rosé was perfectly acceptable and complemented it well. The service was very good. Highly recommended.
