Friendly, polite, professional and very efficient. The pipe work in my house is never straight forward, due to it being an old house. It didn't phase him and he was able to sort it in no time at all. I'm very grateful, as I had to turn my water off due to issues with the stop tap and pipe. I highly recommend this company.

My boiler decided to stop working and leak on Saturday evening, I contacted 1st Time Fix on Sunday morning not expecting a reply. Stephen kindly replied within 10 minutes with an appointment booked for the following day. Upon inspection parts were required, these were ordered promptly and the job was completed within 4 days. They provide excellent communication and expertise to get the job sorted no matter how many problems they encounter! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you Stephen and all at 1st Time Fix!

Chris the engineer showed great care for my home, ensuring a clean and efficient installation and took the time to explain everything to me! 1st time Fix carried out quite a large job of replacing our boilers , we are a care home in walsall, Stephen Horne and his men carried out the work they were professional ,courteous, and tidy workers we would highly recommend them itâs difficult to find plumbers that do industrial jobs they will also carry out the inspection yearly and provide a certificate .
