This restaurant food is fantastic you have to try the butter chicken best ever. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant inside is lovely.

Went with my wife on Thursday at 6pm , met with a warm welcome at this time the restaurant was fairly quiet but when we left at 745pm it was full. The menu was very extensive, we had the special £10.90 3 course meal. We had a starter and a balti for main, the service was excellent and so was the food and there was plenty of it. The ambiance was good and everywhere was clean. I watched the restaurant fill up and the staff was very attentive to everyone. This was our first time here and we will definitely return.

Great food and service, very attentive staff, lovely ambiance. Went on a Thursday evening for first time. Really impressed with generous portions and not overpriced.
Will definitely return, you must book as restaurant gets filled very quickly.

We visited recently on a Saturday evening and enjoyed our meal
The food was enjoyable and my madras had a decent spice kickUnfortunately the evening was marred a little by the speed of the service, I hadn't even taken my coat off and sat down before I was asked how many poppadoms I wanted.
These arrived within seconds and we'd barely finished them and our meals appearedAll in all we were in and out in just under 40 minutes, great if you've a train to catch but not so great if you want a relaxing evening
As dated the food was good but the speed of the service is deterring us from returning

Fantastic! Went here on New Years Eve with my partner and daughter. Had a great night! Service was quick and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was lovely, hot and tasty. Wouldn’t hesitate in going here again. Very reasonably priced too.

Went a few weeks ago with friends. Ordered a simple chicken tikka masala with garlic naan. Nothing could be faulted in the meal, with the service or the atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even offered us complimentary brandy. Will certainly be returning.

We have been visiting here for 6 months always excellent. However visited tonight (Sunday) and it’s not the same. Waited 30 mins for starter, main course still excellent but smaller. Asked waiter and said they had so many take away orders. Getting tired visiting restaurants where tables take second place to just eat/Uber eat. This was on top of visiting last week when I was served under cooked food. What is going on I used to love this place. 2 average meal experiences in the trot. Time for a change I think.

We visited the restaurant as it was highly recommended by family and friends. I attended with my partner and two young children. The meal was lovley and I have no complaints about the food. Like any young children they where happy enjoying trying new foods and slightly over excited. Everywhere i looked the staff were staring at us which themln made me feel quiet uncomfortable. Once we finished they came to move our plate and a mlmber of staff asked if we was finished in which I replied yeah and his response was thank god for that. I found this highly rude if you don't want childeren there then advertise as adults only. This has but a complet dampner on our experience and we're very reluctant to return.

This was our 2nd time to the restaurant. We really enjoyed our food 8 months ago however this evening it was spoiled. We were a couple placed in the area at the side where the mirrors are that seats up a little step, not a nice area I would add. Anyway I feel everything is hurried to get you in and out unless you say you want a 15 min break which we did. The food is lovely don’t get me wrong however when we were paying the bill we’re never once asked if everything was ok. Bearing in mind it’s a Friday eve not megga busy anyway staff at AURA, PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT WE ARE LEAVING A TIP AND DONT RETURN WITH THE CHANGE. We waited 15 mins but had to get our taxi. We always leave a tip for restaurant if it provides a good service and on this occasion it didn’t deserve one but we did. Anyway rant over however won’t be returning as there are others in Aldridge that deserve our custom.
