The driver Paz was lovely, very polite, extremely helpful and kept myself & my friend informed of where he was & when he was picking us up. As we were very late getting back from our holiday after dropping us off he waited until we were safely inside our houses before he drove off. Very impressed he went over and above. Exceptional service. My mother and I were travelling up to Birmingham, from Wales, for a music event and needed to get back home the same night for various reasons. I messaged excelsior cars before booking and had a quick response that answered all my questions. Kamar, the driver, whatsapped us earlier in the day to confirm which street he would be waiting at nearby Utilita arena and was very friendly and happy to talk on our journey home. Will definitely use again and recommend very highly.
